Upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday
I cannot believe that we are one week away from Thanksgiving (and another Detroit Lion disappointment). I spent all of my morning drive time thinking about the things that I am thankful for. So here you go....
- God for giving me life
- Heather and my children for whom I live.
- My Parents and Brother's family for love and support.
- Heathers Family for welcoming me.
- Susans family for being so wonderful to Stefanie and Brendan.
- I have 2 jobs when there are many people in metro Detroit that don't have one.
- A roof over our heads.
- Ability to feed and clothe my family
- My Friends ( I am so blessed to have as many close friends as I do).
- Music to enhance whatever mood I am in.
- Sports to escape into.
- Television to Entertain me.
- Cell Phone to talk to my friends and family.
- E-mail to connect with those that are not in close proximity.
- Digital Camera to capture memories of my children.
That is just the short list. I am blessed

Yes I agree that there will be another "Detroit Lions" dissapointment on 'Thanksgiving Day' especially because they will be playing my "Dallas Cowboys"!!! Try not to take it too hard... lol, later Jim.
... Great now I messed up... what I meant was, that after they lose this sunday to my "Cowboys" then 'Thanksgiving' should give them all the energy they need to beat those "Falcons"... sorry got a little mixed up there!
